Get Involved

The MMH Project needs your help! We want to hear about the methods you use to remember things, the kinds of things you want to remember, and all about the times you forgot something. We're looking for involvement from people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to share their views with us by filling in questionnaires, taking part in discussion groups, and even trying out some of our technology in their homes.

Anyone can help, even if it's just telling us a tale in the share your stories section. If you'd like to get involved in the project, take a look at the links below and see what you can do to help us out.

Share your Stories

In the `share your stories' section, we want to hear your stories. Tell us a story about a time you forgot something, or tell us how you remember things around the home. It only takes a few minutes of your time, but we can use this information to improve our research. If you have the time, please tell us your story! You can also read the stories submitted by other people.

Focus Groups

Our next focus group will be held at Forth Valley Sensory Services, Falkirk, on Thursday 4th March. Older people and people with sensory impairements have already provided really useful information during our Glasgow and Edinburgh focus groups, but we would really like your insight too, so let us know if you can come along!

To take part please get in touch with Marilyn McGee-Lennon via our Contact Us page, or via telephone at 0141-330-6034.

Forth Valley Sensory Services is located at Redbrae Road, Falkirk, FK1 4DD. The map below pinpoints its location.

Web Survey
We would like to find out the things people forget in and around the home, the methods people use to remember things, and the kind of technology that people might want to help remind them of things. This survey will take about 10 minutes of your time and is completely anonymous.
